If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and fair Returns & Refunds Policy. This policy outlines the conditions for accepting returns, the steps to initiate a return, and how refunds are processed. Our goal is to provide a seamless and professional experience while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for products purchased directly from KnottyGlow.com within Pakistan that meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date, as indicated on your order confirmation.
  • Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact, ensuring the items are in resellable condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt from KnottyGlow.com is required to process your return.

Returns not meeting these criteria, such as opened or used products will not be accepted due to hygiene and safety considerations specific to skincare items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Free gifts, promotional items, or sample kits included with your purchase.
  • Customized or special-order products made specifically for you.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers, as Knotty Glow cannot verify their authenticity, condition, or storage standards.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Contact Customer Service:
    Email support@knottyglow.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive RMA Number:
    If your return request is approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return shipment.
  3. Package & Ship:
    Carefully package the unopened product(s) in the original packaging, include the RMA number, and send them to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Important: Returns without an RMA number or sent to an unauthorized address will not be processed and may be rejected.

4. Return Shipping

  • Returns within Pakistan:
    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a traceable courier service (e.g., TCS, Leopards, PostEx, BlueEx) and keeping your tracking number for your records until the return is completed.
  • International Returns:
    For customers outside Pakistan, you are responsible for all return shipping expenses, as well as any applicable customs duties, fees, or taxes. Please consult your local customs office before initiating a return, as Knotty Glow is not responsible for customs clearance delays or costs.

Returns should be shipped to the address provided by our customer service team upon approval of your return request.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) to ensure they meet our eligibility requirements:

  • Refund Amount:
    We will refund the full purchase price of eligible products, excluding original shipping charges and return shipping costs.
  • Processing Time:
    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and approving your return. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
  • No Restocking Fees:
    We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns to ensure a hassle-free experience.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@knottyglow.com, including your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Upon verification, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for returns within Pakistan and arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs, at our discretion.

7. Policy Limitations

To protect our customers and maintain the integrity of our brand, Knotty Glow reserves the right to limit or decline returns in the following cases:

  • Suspected misuse of the Returns & Refunds Policy, including excessive or repeated returns.
  • Evidence of fraudulent behavior or reseller activity.
  • Returns of products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers, which are not accepted under any circumstances.
